"Working with Tim, Micayla and Cielo of Dore LLC has been a great experience. When Tim first approached me about becoming my agent I was skeptical. I really wanted to sell my home myself but I wasn’t getting the traffic I needed to give me confidence that I would succeed. Tim’s initial presentation addressed market conditions, interest rates, and the absence of current sales in the category of my home. We also talked about the risks associated with spending too much time on the market and a probable increase in inventory as more homes hit the market with the goal of a summer sale.
As I listened to Tim, I was comparing what he said to that which I had heard from several other agents whom I had interviewed. Throughout Tim’s presentation and the subsequent discussions, it became clear that he had the knowledge, skill, resources and energy to get the job done. From the moment I signed the listing agreement, Tim and his team were there, tapping into their resources and taking care of details and making sure I knew what was happening. Some of the resources that Tim had ready access to were professional photography and videography which resulted in a great presentation of my home.
Communication with the team was amazing throughout the process. At all times, each team member knew the status of everything that was ongoing. This made it feel like I was dealing with one person, with the added benefit of having the unique abilities of each team member at my disposal.
Tim orchestrated multiple showings of my home and an open house. He and the team were working so hard on my behalf that there were times I felt like I was his only client even though I knew better. Following the open house, we had multiple offers. Tim and I met the next morning to rank the offers and respond. Things went quickly from there.
When an inspection indicated a potential problem, Tim and his team were right there working with me to resolve the question. This exceptional involvement extended to Micayla and Cielo showing up one cold, rainy day ready to help with manual labor if needed in an effort to resolve the concern. In my personal experience, I have never seen that level of commitment from a realtor - ever.
